The solemn ceremony of putting afloat of the tugboat "Dobrinya", the third out of the series of four tugs of the design 16609 being built for the group of companies OJSC "Sovñomflot" took place. Previous two vessels were delivered in 2009 and have since been successfully operated in the port "Saint-Petersburg". In the current year the other two tugs will be delivered to OJSC "Sovcomflot".
