JSC “Pella”

Open JSC “Pella” is a holding company, containing head company as well as a number of subsidiaries, which are, generally, separate links into total technological chain of production.

The head company contains four functional managements, which complexly fulfill special functions according to the same principals for head company and subsidiaries.

Subsidiaries which are separate artificial bodies, plan technical-economical indexes of their activity on their own based on approved control figures and build their relations with government authorities, bank structures and business partners.

Into the scope of sales of Open JSC “Pella-Mash”, JSC “Intro-Pella”, JSC “NEMO”, LLC “Aris” the great part is the items and works on construction of the main holding production – tugs, because each of these companies specializes on some kinds of shipbuilding works fulfillment. JSC “Pella-Fiord” produce different GRP constructions, started from two or three seater leisure boats to hull constructions for surface and submarine vessels.

LLC “Promenergo” is a company of fuel-energetic complex which provides other firms with heat and power energy, compressed air, water, and allows to supply heat energy for municipal housing resources heating.

The Open JSC “Pella” management and cooperation structure lets a possibility to use, on one part, initiative and enterprise of each company for effective work in market conditions, and, on other part, provides resources concentration if necessary as well as mutual efforts in order to solve total strategic aim.
